Faroe Islands
Located in the heart of the North Atlantic, between Norway, Iceland, and Scotland, the Faroe Islands have a unique identity that I explored in 2025.
As a landscape photographer, I have traveled throughout this archipelago to capture its rare and intense wilderness, where each island seems to defy the ocean. The landscapes of this archipelago are characterized by vertiginous cliffs and deep fjords where the land rises spectacularly from the Atlantic Ocean.
From the shifting lights of Kalsoy Island to the iconic waterfalls plunging into the void, I strive to document the power of the elements and the poetry of the windswept moors. This report is an exploration of verticality, aiming to convey the mystical atmosphere of these volcanic lands.
