French Coastal

My photographic series "Sur les côtes" (On the Coasts) is a visual immersion into the heart of France's diverse coastline, a territory stretching over 5,500 km where every nuance of rock and water tells a unique story. As a landscape photographer, I approach this collection as a sensitive inventory of maritime heritage, capturing the raw power of the elements and the fragility of coastal ecosystems.

From the steep cliffs of Normandy to the rugged shores of Brittany, my documentary work highlights the sentinels of the seaside: historic lighthouses, authentic ports, and unspoiled dune landscapes. Each photograph is an invitation to contemplate the rich geography of our coasts, while raising awareness of the need for sustainable tourism and responsible management of natural coastal areas.
